What is it? |
The Magic of Art is a project of the Visual Art Exhibition management carried out in the spaces of the Biblioteca Central and aimed at the overall formation of our patrons and general |
Objectives |
•Find human resources for the development of our projects, preferably within the student population of our university. •Design communication strategies to promote the physical and academic resources of the Library. |
Mission |
Manage and encourage the Arts and Culture through exhibitions in rooms at the Biblioteca Central of the Universidad Simón Bolívar so as to cultivating human values through the humanization of spaces, thereby contributing to the overall formation of the teaching staff, students, employees and visitors. |
Vision |
This project aims at making this a vanguard library in its field by integrating science and the arts thereby promoting and encouraging initiatives which would develop a sensibility towards artistic expressions. |
To whom is it directed?

• To the Library community made up of the employees and habitual users. •To the university community in general, made up of the students, teaching staff and researchers. • external user should be a specialist in the area both at a national and international level. |
What are the norms for mounting an exhibition? |
• Go to the Magic of Art Department with a written proposal. • Any proposal should be made to the Library's Management for approval. •Agree to date for set up and dismantle of the exhibition within the active hours of The Magic of Art (Monday to Friday from 8:30AM. to 3:45PM.) • The theme of the exhibitions must match those of the academic, research and extension objectives of the university |
